We pride ourselves on both our products and service and your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. If we make a mistake, we will resolve it to your satisfaction immediately.
Products with logo treatment are not returnable.
Blank goods may be returned where noted. Requests for returns must be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving goods. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products.
We will send you a proof of your design before production. If you are not happy with the logo sample you receive in your email, we will be more than happy to fix it until you are satisfied. Once the sample is sent to you, you will be charged for the design.
Once this sample is approved, we will proceed with production and from this point your order cannot be cancelled or returned unless we made a mistake, say wrong product or logo colors.
If there is a defect on the product, please call customer service and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange or refund on the defective pieces. Note that no return will be accepted unless there is a Return Authorization issued by our customer service department.
