FYI: The Ordering Process and Timeline

Customizing with your Corporate Logo: Embroidery and Screen Printed Apparel

1. Select Products: Mix styles, colors and garments
2. Select Decoration Style: Embroidery, Silkscreening
3. Logo Preparation: Send your logo via e-mail or fax
4. Submit Order: Online, via e-mail, fax or phone
5. Logo Proof Approval: Proof will be sent in 2-3 days for your signature
6. Payment: Upon approval your Credit Card will be charged and production begins
7. Production Time: Your customized order ship in 7-12 working days after proof approval for embroidery and 12-15 days for screen printing. Repeat orders will be a quicker turn around time.
8. Shipping: Unless noted, orders will be shipped UPS Ground with an average arrival date of 1-5 days. If a specific in-hands date is required, please note on your order to assure timely delivery.

Embroidery: Customize your uniforms and business casual apparel with our most popular technique. Send your logo and we will create a design that will set your company apart from the rest.

 Monograming: Add an employee name to add a personal touch to your uniforms. Several fonts available to coordinate beautifully with your logo style.

 Screen Printing: Our screen printing options are a great way to display your logo on a budget. Our designers are experienced and can help create graphics sure to please. We offer many techniques and can screen print on traditional tees as well as modern performance fabrics.

 About Embroidery

We offer the latest in specialty embroidery techniques, specialty threads and appliqués to make your logo stand out and we guarantee that you will love the way your logo looks on our products. Our Design team will make sure of that.

• The first time you submit your logo to us, a digitized proof in full color will be e-mailed to you. This proof will be reviewed and approved by your before any work is done to assure your satisfaction. Proofs will include the number of stitches in your design as well as the thread colors being used to embroider your logo. Once approved, your order will be processed and shipped. Keep in mind that color varies from one monitor to the next. We come as close as possible to your logo colors.  Best color matches are made if PMS (graphic printing colors) are available.
  
• We keep all logos on file for repeat orders. There is no set up charge for repeating orders.
• Embroidery is priced based on the number of stitches in the design. The bigger and more complex the logo, the longer it takes to digitize (prepare for production) and the more expensive it is to manufacture. We define a standard size logo as approximately 5,000 stitches and most logos fit within these parameters.
• Every logo is unique.  Simple logos are between 1,000 and 5,000 stiches; Standard logos fall 6,000 to 10,000 stitches. Complex logos are 10,000 stitches plus and vary in size.
• To evaluate your logo, please submit to Uniform Ready Art Department and we will respond within 24 hours.
• Set up (digitizing) of your logo is included for orders of 24 or more.  A one time set up charge may be charged for orders of fewer than 24.  Contact us for more information on your specific design. 
• Embroidery products require a minimum of 12 pieces per order except where noted. This minimum applies to the total order and can consist of any combination any products for the same embroidered design. 
• Less Than Minimum Fee: Orders of less than 12 pieces will be assessed a $20 less than minimum fee for production.
  
• Rush Charges: for priority service of 2 business days, there will be a $150.00 per design up to 6,000 stitches. For over 6,000 stitches, add an additional $24.00 per 1,000 stitches. See stitch count examples below:

Embroidery Placement

The options for branding offer numerous possibilities to position your logo as part the design itself. Woven shirts offer many more options than the traditional left chest. We offer creative placement options such as cuffs and collars. Also consider full back decoration on our camp shirts and more casual woven products. MONOGRAMING services available upon request.

We utilize state-of-the-art techniques and machinery to offer you top quality screen printing. Your logo is special and needs to be quoted. Please send in a digital file for a free virtual proof in 24-48 hours. This allows us to quote you the best price and design the perfect design to promote your company:
